I think he trims them down anyway so just post the raw pic. There are some great utilites online for shrinking images too. I use them for avatar some of the time.

I like that one. I've trimemd it a tiny little bit so there's not such a huge ammount of sky around his head when it shrinsk down (shrunk down the sky took up too much of the picture) and it'll be going in on the next map update (although Aurum's currently standing over him so they'll be in the same square).

60 by 60 to comfortably fit into 65 by 65 squares. But I'll gladly shrink stuff down in photoshop or paint.

Incidentally Balgin, the one on the left is very similar to how I see Hasta.

Maybe, yeah.  I don't know - I like the head from the portrait picture you've got already, but this is much more her style of dress than the fancy dress the portrait pic seems to be wearing.

I'm going to be away for the next few days now. I'll be loading the instruments into the van, travelling down to London with my father, unloading the instruments from the van, setting them up, staying while he plays the music that he loves to celebrate his sixtieth birthday - and then loading them all back into the van, coming home and unloading the van.

I should be getting home on sunday (either around 3 in the morning if we leave straight after the gig, or sometime in the afternoon if we stay overnight).

At seven or eight minutes after midnight we returned :). It's actualy his birthday on the 25th but today was the solstice and a weekend too so it was a good time for his friends to come (although the underground was hell as the circle line wasn't running so some people couldn't make it).

Everyone who was there had a great time and I might have some photo's to share later of the awesome Fortress of Sound :) (my sister took a lot of photos while we were down there so I didn't bother and I'll see if any of hers are good enough to nab).

Okay, so we know that Kiaphas and Alarian would like to get some torches set up. Alarian's feeling too weak to fetch any 'though. I've got an update almost ready but I'll need to know if anyone's going to fetch light or not as that would affect my next post.

Kiaphas may be self-reliant, but he has enough Wisdom not to go running around by himself, especially feeling as crook as he does. Too bad for the drunk he doesn't know is in danger. :(
