There's a new map in the handouts thread. I'll post an update in an hour or two's time (got to cook dinner).

I really hope Jondyn gets absolutely mullah'd by the first (or maybe second) monster that he meets, if he meets any. Does anyone actualy like him? I mean I'm sort of playing him the way he's written (actualy I've made a little effort to make him more likable and less of an annoying twit*) but I really strongly dislike him so far.

I might aim to try and make him more like a guy who was in the room a few doors down from mine at colledge. He was a pillock (alch'y) but quite funny in his way. I remember him walking into the kitchen once when I was cooking and he started eating the cabbage I'd cut up to put in the soup (he just saw food and went for it). About half a minute later he began tasting it and the look on his face was priceless :).

Well, I was kind of hoping to keep him out of the way of any monsters, being heroic and all that.

The questions we should be asking are these:
Does it have dungeons?
Does it have dragons?
Does it have transients who kill things for money?  Do you roll a d20?

I'm thinking of posting an npc character sheet for Naedath in the character sheets section since I can definitely see him playing a more active role in the second half of the adventure (depending on if you guys want him to join in and help out or not). It'll mean I won't have to post really obscure stuff in the notepad or I could just post his daily spell lists in the character section (or the notepad afterall) which is fine too.

I think having Naedath as a more active NPC is a fine idea.  As to whether you want to post a sheet or a charact block for him - that's up to you.

Sorry I wasn't online yesterday, my baby daughter is back in hospital.  So I'll only be online as and when I can.  I'm sure you all understand.

Hope it's not too serious and that she recovers soon.   :icon_neutral:

They think it is broncialitis (again), but she is better today than she was yesterday morning - which is a good thing :)

Ooh, that's a nasty thing - especially for a kid. Here's hoping for a quick recovery!

Speaking of needing gems, have the ones on the hill that were supposed to be smuggled off been found/mentioned to the group yet?
