Wow, so all these character generator thingies that give you stats think I have an IQ of about 170?  I'm flattered!  I only just creep into the +2 bonus area if you round up :p

Yep and Aurum has an an IQ of about 80 so he isn't bring but he doesn't need to be spoon fed either.

Ah, but if I had a familiar, I wouldn't be able to cast a Cure spell. Unless I was some weird combo like cleric/wizard.

But utterly nerfed for 3.x - unless you're heading for the Mystic Theurge prestige class, so I've been told. Even then, the journey's a tough one.

Well, Kiaphas knows the dwarf can do weird things, and looks pretty tough. If Aurum goes to jump, Kiaphas might say "You sure about this?" but he's not as confident about intervening on land as he is on the ocean, so he'll not stop him physically.

ETA: we don't know if we've got a potion yet, so it's moot until that happens. (Geez, don't tell me no-one bought cure potions!?)  :o

I was wondering if anyone bought them. THe weay I look at it he should be tough enough to take the damage from the jump and that will save the time needed to get to her. That and there are clerics in the group if he gets too banged up from the jump.

It might be cure moderate wounds. I do know some guys were having issues, I hope everyone is ok.The game is getting interesting, I am itching to see what happens from here.

Anyway ... (I never stickied this thread for a reason), I'm going to be kind and assume that one of the four potions is not in a glass bottle (jumping down that far with a glass bottle would generaly involve the glass breaking and the contents being wasted).

That version is called "cure light wounds" so I am hoping his is moderate.
