Night!

Socialising with sailors!? Now hang on, that isn't what we signed up for at all!  :icon_razz:

Does it have dungeons?
Does it have dragons?
Does it have transients who kill things for money?  Do you roll a d20?

Have we figured out how the Dwarves are getting into this?

Yeah I saw it right after that. Now we need Rod to join the fun.

Given the fact that most of the adventure will take place on the island (with some occurring on shipdeck) I trust you'll all understand why I said it would be difficult to introduce new characters later on. It's effectively a "closed environment" type adventure. It'd be tricky to bring in new characters since the boat only comes round every 3-6 months (and you'll only get three days on the island before it comes to take you all back home, if you miss the boat, you'll be stranded waiting for the next one).

Did I mention that Elvish was one of Ivor's bonus languages? :icon_whistling: :angel7:

Thats exactly why I posted refering to Rogon in game. I figured I would act like he was there with Aurum so that when Rod gets online and reads everything he can just pick up from right there.

...and that's what I did.  :icon_razz:

Sorry for the wait this time guys - I managed to get 5 minutes before my exam on Friday but there didn't seem to be much to do at that point, and then haven't got on since.  My last (meaningful) exam is Tuesday, so hopefully after that I should have more time off revising.  As you've all said - if I'm not on for a while, please just assume I'm there and being quiet.  Hopefully that won't be necessary though.

Oh don't worry, I could see things getting really bogged down if the party explored a certain side turning (I'm not kidding).

Rod I read your PM and I will change it as you suggested. So for everyone: Rogon is the older, smarter, wiser of the brothers; Aurum is the younger, stubborn, quick tempered brute.

That was a very close call, that one. The sailor almost waited for Alarian but his posh cloak pushed his "dodgey geezer factor" down too much so Raoul was the obvious choice :).

Oh go on Raoul, go on, just imagine the serving lady from Father Ted going "you will, you will, you will, you will" :).

Mrs Doyle- a scarily accurate depiction of pretty much any Irish lady of a certain age!

I do hope this sailor doesn't want us to do anything nasty; Ivor's a good boy, he is :D

I'm thinking Kaiaphas might follow Raul out. He's bored by this talk of gold... and has a hunch he might recognise Raul from his street-gang days, before he was singled out by Gurthor. Is that reasonable?
