OOC -- Lunk is armed and armored.  He left his archery kit on the horse, as well as his bedroll, rope, and rations.  He's carrying everything else, including the remnants of his dried meat, however it isn't presently very appetizing.

Gibs regards Gaius with a withering look, "Yeah cos I just love flipping out and seeing fangs and mouths on everything. Really gets me off. So you guys are just gonna leave now? I know Pym's as evil as the Old One, but still she's gotta eat."

He shouts after you as you make to head off, "Hey, you're a priest right? Leastways you sound like one - too much to ask, I expect, for you to mend some of the hurt yer pal did there?"

Darco makes his way into the kitchen and looks around before asking, "So what we got? Huh, not much. You fellas got anything?"

Olothros goes back to the room and changes into his cold weather outfit. Olothros decided he wants to double check everything to satisfy his curiosity. He goes through all of the open rooms to see if he finds any new clues. He then goes back to meet up with the rest of the group.

OOC: Spot and search checks please. His armor and bedroll are on the horse. the rest of his stuff is with him. He never wears his armor because it gets in the way of his magic and he will not allow anything to get in the way of his art.

With a more thorough search, Olothoros discovers something among the ice blocks in the pantry...

Packed away amongst the ice are several jars filled with a strange, foul-smelling fluid and assorted bizarre organs. Most of these are unidentifiable, but there are two items of note: a grotesque black tentacle with red-lipped suckers, and a strange toe or finger with a large claw, with cut areas where webbing seems to have been removed. On closer examination the toe/finger has black sand in the crevices and the same sand appears at the bottom of the jar.

The only other things of note you find are a barely stale breadcrust in the room Will and Gaius slept in, and well-concealed human jawbone in Pym's bedroll.

Harl, Gibs and Darco each regard all of you now with barely concealed suspicion and much less friendliness than before. Gibs especially murmurs something about "never would have happened with my old pals, they knew what heroism meant".

Upon hearing Gibs plea Gaius' conscience is pricked.

" Brother im sorry you are hurt and im failing in my duty. "
He casts cure minor wounds on Gibs.

"your not the only one bearing scars here friend"  then he casts cure light wounds on himself.

"Hero?  HERO?  What you said?  I'm a hero!  Lunk's a Hero!  tell 'em, guys!  Whatcha need hero-ing?  Lunk Bash!"  Lunk stomps about brandishing his axe, quite miffed by Gib's dig.

Olothros goes back to Gaius and the rest of the group to share the news of his findings.

"N...n...never said I was no fickin hero shorty!" Will yells up from his spot by the grate and giggles wildly at his own comment. 
He keeps searching the area just to look busy while he is waiting.

OOC: He might as well search properly while he's pretending. Does he find anything?

Will, you don't find anything beyond what has already been described.

Harl apprehends Olothoros "You there! Yes, you! The one with the pointy ears! I must protest at this treatment! First we are left hungry, then attacked and now you seem to be bent on jumping into sewers - this is not how I am used to being treated! You are fortunate, sir that I am dreaming otherwise let me assure you, your heads would be on the chopping block! Oh yes!"

[Bodhi]

"W...w...well dream this!!" hollers Will making an apropriate obscene gesture.

OOC: These madmen rather do bring out the worst in Will don't you think?  :icon_wink:

OOC: @Alf Ya think?  :icon_wink: @Kurt - you heal 1 HP damage on Gibs. Cross off Cure MInor Wounds.

Harl turns his nose up at Will and stalks off. Pym writhes on the floor screaming "I'll see you in the Abyss, priest! I'm gonna eat those nice eyes o' yours! You scrawny piece o' crud*!" and such like frothing comments. the bruise on Gibs face goes down ever so slightly. "Huh, thanks." he says grudgingly. "Okay, looks like you guys are setting off then, eh? Thanks for coming in and turning everything upside down! You've frightened the doc off too, now... Guess that leaves me in charge of these guys. Well, me and Darco."

Darco looks sullen and sighs "Yup, guess so."

Gibs returns to his theme, saying, "Well Therese is no problem, and once he calms down and doesn't try hitting his head against a wall to prove he's dreaming, Harl'll be fine. You gonna put Pym in one of the cells, eh? And how about leaving us some food if ya got any? 'The cupboard is bare' as my old grandma used to say."

Olothros leaves three days worth of his rations behind. "Gibs is there anything else you can tell us about the doctor or his assitant that might help us?"

Gibs thanks you and reappraises Olothoros with a nod, and tells you that there isn't much to say aside from that the doctor is a really nice, caring fellow as is his assistant. Just over the last few weeks the doctor and Shaver have sometimes been gone for a few days and taken some of the inmates as well. Gibs hasn't realy thought to ask, after all Dr Asworth has always been a good man.
