Prepare to enter Deathtrap Dungeon

Dekion looks over at the giant fly "Nice work Sarian. If we clean out all the worm and the giant bug this room could work as a safe room too." Dekion looks all around the room to see if there are any other entrances/exits beside the door they came through.

I go to the worms and poke one with my finger, and if I don't feal anything, I cut one in half to see if it continues to move.

Dekion puts away his crossbow and takes his scimitar out & readies his shield. He steps up behind Sarian in case things get out of hand.

[Balgin Stondraeg]

As Sarian pokes the worm it squirms and makes a nasty screechy noise. The other worms begin to become agitated and start calling out for their mother to come and save them but she is twitching in her death throws on the floor. Sarian reaches into the squirming writhing mass and tugs the enchanted dagger free. The worms continue screeching but their mother cannot hear them and the player characters leave the chamber.

You now have a +3 dagger.

Dekion slowly walks up to the 'T' intersection and looks to the left and the right. What do I see?

The poorly lit passageway stretches off into the darkness in both directions.

Dekion looks both ways and then decides to go to the left.

OOC: What does he see? Map update? Are there still the same lanterns throughout the dungeon?

Ellion follows Dekion with her crossbow still notched.

The passageways and rooms are still dimly lit by glowing crystals placed in the cielings. Unfortunately the light is not very bright or clear so it's mostly small pools of light with dimly lit shadows between them.

As the group pass down the left hand passage there is a great rumbling and a hideous creature burtss through the wall! Rocks fall about Dekion and Ellion (who are close to the hole) causing Dekion to suffer 9 damage and Ellion to take 11 damage from falling rocks. It's time for a battle thread folks.

The beast snaps at Dekion, it's mandibles sheer through the air beside him and catch his shoulder plate, knocking it out of joint and causing it to gouge him uncomfortably (he can easily reallign it afterwards). Sarian dumps his pack on the ground and digs out one of the poisoned darts from earlier. Angered Dekion turns and slashes quickly across the creature's neck and then brings his blade down hard upon it's head right between the eyes. The sword sinks deep and the creature crumples to the ground.

Ellion downs a potion of cure moderate wounds.
"Have you got your own or would you need one?" She asks Dekion

"I appreciate it Ellion and thank you, but I think we should save that for a little further down the line. I am ok for now." With that Dekion takes a second to clean up the wound and adjust his shoulder plate. Dekion cleans his weapon and turns back to the group. "Do you think we should check this tunnel and see if there are any other surprises?" Dekion steps through the hole the creature came through and looks around.

Healing applied to Ellion.

The rough tunnel has been gouged through the stone by the mighty jaws of the beast. It stretches off into the darkness. Meanwhile the main passage ends not too far beyond the new tunnel entrance. There appears to be something in the distance up ahead. Tilting one's head to one side it becomes clear that some sort of large mirror is set into the wall at the end of the hallway.

Dekion looks at the mirror in the distance and then back down the rough tunnel. "The mirror will be there, I just dont another one of these sneaking up on us. What do you think?

"You make it look too easy," I say to Dekion, then turn to the dart as I carefully re-cloth it and put it away grumbling.
