"I feel zero need to go in there.  Lets have a look in the next room."  She talks to Milano again, and sends him forward to look in the next doorway down the corridor.

Do you mean the T-junction? the next door is closed and your clever familiar can't open doors now can he?

I was wondering myself.

Milano laughs at Rhana telling her there's no way he's going to check under that closed door and she can jolly well go and see for herself.

I roll my eyes after Rhana sais the shooting the enemy line.

"Well, wait a bit guys, it's not like an empty room isn't worth looking through, after all, it is ferther away from the bell, and doesn't have a pit, so this could be a better safe room..." I add. "Who knows, maybe another adventuror was here already."

I search the space infront of the door as thourouly as possible, then procead to enter the room.

Balgin Stondraeg

Sarian searches the doorway (search check 18) and enters the room. No sooner does he do so than the door slams shut, held in place by some sort of magical energy. Within the room a voice speaks to him.

"Welcome to Deathtrap Dungeon, the ingenious killer labyrinth that was devised by my master. I trust you will pay respect to my master by shouting out his name."

Sarian can see no speaker, nor any appeture through which they may have spake (save for the row of holes along the top of the far wall which seem to have some rather nasty stains beneath them as if a lot of water has frequently poured through them).

"We've got to get that door open!!" Ellion yells and attacks the door with all her might bashing at it with her mace.
"Come on!!! Everybody help out here!!"

(Her yelling and bashing DOES make a lot of noise...)

Dekion screams through the door "Sarian step away from the door! I am going to try and cut it down!" Dekion asks Ellion to move aside, then takes out the Axe and starts hacking at the door.

"Umm, Sukumvit." I said rather unsteadily, keeping a deadly close eye one the flood the room pipes.

That's his name right? I didn't want to look back at the 1st page

Edit: fixed his name for you

"So, we have a snivelling worm in our midst do we? My master has a special gift for such a loathsome creep."

And with that water starts to pour into the room at an alarming rate.

Pouring round 1:

Ellion beats at the door with her mace for 11 damage. Dekion lays into the door for 17 damage on the first blow, and 15 on the second. Hey, that's a +2 battle axe he's using (with both hands and maximum power attack).

The door has damage reductuon 30/magic. Fortunately both weapons are magical. I'd say that door's pretty much demolished wouldn't you?

Water bursts from the shattered door and continues to pour at a rapid rate for two whole minutes before it stops (and the entire trap would reset over the next four hours were it not for the fact that the spells upon the door formed an integral part of the trap and it won't trigger whilst the door is open).

If Sarian had insulted Baron Sukumvit he would have actualy been rewarded for showing spirit. At least he didn't drown in a room full of water 'though.

I was very tempted to do that

They find me sitting, huddled together inbetween the two holes, with my backpack on the other side of the room, clearly shaken by the expearience.

"I'm in way over my head here."

Bodhi

Since all that noise didn't cause anything to come running Ellion takes a stroll up to the t-junction and casts a quick gaze in both directions just to check the lay of the land.
She avoids the other door (keeps to the other side of the corridor) in case there would be a trap in front of it.
She just feels she has to move a bit to keep herself from yelling at Sarian (again...)

Ellion sees a long corridor stretching off into the distance in each direction.

Custom_Hobby

Dekion Asks Sarian to check the door (the next one before the junction) for a trap but not to open it. If there is no trap on the door Dekion will open it and look in (without steping in).

Rhana leans into the room without stepping over the doorway.

"You can tell you master he can shove it up his arse!  We've triggered just about every trap so far, and we're all still here! We're going to win this damn prize and become the most famous people in the world! And if you don't like it, you can find one of your damn pikemen and ask him to perform a boweloscopy with the sharp end!"

"buzzard*." she yells in as an afterthough.

She turns to face the others, and seeing their faces, she shrugs. "Well, it made me feel better, anyway."  The she grins :D

Ellion gets back "You tell them girl! That's the spirit!" She grins widely.
