I do have one or two follow up adventures in mind, yes, but we won't get to do those until after I get back from camp (when hopefully I will have met you, bringing the ratio of players met vs not met to 2:2!) in early September. I have an adventure that fits in perfectly with this one, it's just a case of hoping that your PCs don't get a rep for murdering the mentally ill  :icon_wink: :icon_razz:

I'll start another thread about behind the scenes stuff after the adventure that players can look at if they wish to (or not if they feel it spoils it).

My thoughts are that it does indeed create great roleplaying and especially foments character clashes and interactions. There's a reason for that, which I'll tell you once we've finished this adventure. Whether they're a good 'fit' for 3.5E is an interesting question.
The questions we should be asking are these:
Does it have dungeons?
Does it have dragons?
Does it have transients who kill things for money?  Do you roll a d20?

It sounds like a solid plan. I look forward to meeting you when you get to NY. I hope you will have internet access when you do, this game is addictive.

I will keep my Key. I would like for Olothros to get to high enough level where he can create magical items and even make things for the players. Who knows maybe that will even create adventure opportunities too.

I'll have internet access at camp, but my geekiness will be out then! I'll have to take all the stuff for this adventure with me (ok not much in physical form) if we don't finish by 12th June.

The idea about the other thread sounds interesting. Do you think my idea of making things at some point for the other characters and myself is feasible?

By the way where is the camp?

The rules encourage PCs to make items but it is expensive! Very!

The camp's near a town called Roscoe in the Catskills, looks very nice.  :icon_cool:

What airport are you flying into?

I know it is expensive but I really think it is always worth the cost to have that special item.

Thats cool, right here in the city. If you have time to hang around in the city make sure to let me know and I can meet up with you. I can take you to the same hobby shop I took Kurt to, I know you would appreciate all the stuff they have there.

Have you given any thought to the system for creating magical items in the Key system? Would we also be able to have the other person voluntairy give up for their item the way you can in the regular xp system?

Hmm... realistically I haven't come up with a magical item solution yet... but I'll have several months to ponder it!

I'll PM you with travel details  :icon_wink:

I highly recommend Mikes tour of the city! The hobby store is great too, you go back in time with some of the minis.. its like a nostalgic treasure trove!

:icon_w00t: wahoo! I could spend hours there then! I will have to schedule a day off for that or some time in the week I've got to bum around in after camp ends.

What a frikkin mess!  We have Will on a stuttering murderous rampage, Gaius dragging a stunned halfling off to safety, an enraged lunatic wantonly out for blood, and Lunk and Orthy tromping through the sewers...

Yeah, looks like we're skrooed...  we'll be the loony-killaz

Well, you do have a wizard and a cleric on hand so you don't have to kill Pym or anyone else. Just incapicitate them somehow. You do have several options.  :icon_wink:

If Lunk wanted to try to knock someone out with his axe (deal nonlethal damage) he could so by taking a -4 penalty to hit.

I'd probaby rather go for the grapple.  He's seen the clerics of gruumsh go into a similar frenzy during tribe festivities, and the bigger kids were charged with dogpiling them to keep them from harming themselves or others...  are ya buying that?  ;)

Look Will never meant for any of this to happen. He just wanted to get that halfling to shut up and then things got kinda out of hand.
Somehow Will allways manages to find himself in those situations. But it's not his fault. H...h...honest to god  :icon_whistling:

Of to a gig with my band. Guess Will is dead once I get back  :icon_suspicious:
