Erm, don't you lose your dex bonus to ac if you run more than a double move? It's often good to run to engage (and even to threaten) but sometimes running has it's disadvantages too.

Oh I agree. He definitely wants to get in there. Bodhi, you keep your initiative the same for the entire encounter (no need to reroll every round but certain actions like delaying can change it).

Actualy Bodhi you can, but only if you're within 30' (ten yards, six squares).

Yep, 16 ogres with reach weapons who have rogue levels could all sneak attack you in the same round (maybe even 20). That's four on the sides, four diagonals (the corners) and then another row around the outside stabbing through.

And ogres sneak attacking is just nasty :p.

Its living and we can discern the parts of it. Like the tentacles and the mouth and such. I am sure Olothros with the proper check can tell Will where to stab with an educated guess.

It's alive and has an anatomy, you can sneak attack if you fulfill the criteria.

So... If it was busy fighting Lunk and I was standing 30' away shooting arrows at it that COULD count as a sneak attack? Even if I was clearly visible? Is that it?
I've changed my action accordingly (unless the monster and the inmates move somewhere else that is.)

To get a sneak attack, the target has to be either denied its Dex bonus (there are several ways this can happen) or you need to be flanking it. At the moment you can't sneak attack the creature (or indeed anyone).

Can I cast a spell and still use my wand to zap the beast in the same round?

Bodhi shoot at the crowd to disperse them a bit for Lunk (just an idea)

Well, we're in round 3 but I haven't received any info from Cheddar on what Lunk is doing exactly (as his moves at this point need to be pretty detailed for purposes of AoOs etc) so we're still waiting on him. I didn't really want to assume Lunk AND Gaius, as I'm already running something like 15 NPCs in this fight.
