I'm a teacher for socially dysfunctional kids. Though my education is for highschool teacher but this is more fun.
I also sculpt every nightand some more on the weekends, though my three kids take some attention then as well. I have an unparalleled record of WIP sculpts but few that are finished. Still teaching myself. I guess they're my retirement plan...

My name's Phil and I currently work as a Scientific Adviser to the London Fire brigade (and many of the other brigades in the SE of England).  I'm primarily a wargamer and don't paint quite as many figures as I'd like mainly due to a lack of time, motivation and talent.

Hi, i'm Al. Been gaming (roleplay and wargaming) for 20+ years. Starting to enjoy painting minis for the first time (about time). Mostly roleplay now, currently playing a halfling highway man in HARP (using the Sherbert van Halfling mini, perfect), but enjoy the occasional game of warmaster and Bloodbowl. Joined this and FOD recently to help with painting skills and get advice from like minded people.

Hello, I'm George from the Collecting Citadel Miniatures group.  I'm 28 and sell Samurai Swords for a living.  I collect Dwarfs mainly, 80% through getting every Fantasy Dwarf Citadel have produced since Pre-slotta ended.  I also have all but 1 of the Heartbreaker Dwarfs, lots of Tir-Na-Bor Rackham Dwarfs....erm.... Chainmail, Warcrow and some BlackTree Dwarfs too.  Lots of bloody Dwarfs lol

When I have finished the Dwarfs I intend to get all GW's range of Halflings, only 60 odd and then I dunno what next.  I have some treacherous Elfs, High Elves, Orcs and Goblins but the rest of my collecion is plastic and what came in boxed sets like Bloodbowl, Heroquest, Space Marine, Space Crusade, Genestealer etc.

I can paint to an average degree, getting better all the time but I am here mainly to get and post tips on painting me figs.  I have most of GW range of paints plus all the Coat d'arms range, every flock and scatter imaginable but unfortunately the artistic aptitude of a nuclear bomb.  I am interested in getting very good results quickly with the brush by using methods rather than painstaking precision and hope to share tips with you when I compile what I've learnt

Any serious collectors of GW figs should join the CCM group as we trade and swap figs with each other rather than go thru Ebay
