Something for the weekend?

This weekend, I am going to paint an eight-man redemptionist gang for a game of Necromunda next Wednesday.  Or, at least, I hope to get a gang finished LOL :)

What is everyone else up to at the moment? Hobbywise, or non-hobbywise?

painting a 10mm Anglo Saxon army to use with the Field of Glory rules and also getting my stuff together for this years DOD.

Non hobby wise, watching the Brett Favre/Vikings story with increasing interest and am now hoping for one last hurrah in Purple for number 4!

NEWSFLASH: Brett Favre makes decisions!  He will have bacon with his eggs.  No, he'd gone with sausage instead.  Latest news is that there'll be a pork-related decision definately by Friday ;)

I hope it works out for the Vikings, Al :)

This weekend I drive to the cottage and draw-maybe work on painting some Space Marines figs
I have.  Havent been painting lately so Im guessing it will be an excersize in crud*.

Sorry Kurt.  We were speaking NFL.  Its a game they play in America which is a bit like Aussie-rules but with more armour and stoppages, fewer players at any one time and kickers are usually have the piss taken out of them, rather than kicking being the main form of play :)

I shall be doodling manically away on a Christmas Card/Calendar commission, probably sculpting something silly and cute (and probably draconic) in polymer clay to sell on ebay and painting a dead monkey head.

The commission I probably can't but the others will drop along. The sculpt is already well started. Cutesy as the other dragonlings seen on my deviantART account but this one has a definite evil glint. Not strictly a dragon this fellow has been know to whiffle when alone in wooded areas and has a tendency to burble. Dead monkey head I've taken a few photos of at earlier stages so he might crop up too.
