The questions we should be asking are these:
Does it have dungeons?
Does it have dragons?
Does it have transients who kill things for money?  Do you roll a d20?

Funny isnt it how naughty dentists always make their one fatal mistake.
Bye for now, keep your teeth clean

Great! What about Wills thief skills though? (haven't had time to read the rules I downloaded9

Sorry, yes, I haven't put them in but they're on p9 of the rulebook. I will pop them in.

Climb walls 84!!  :icon_eek:
I had no idea. I'll have to send him out climbing a LOT more then  :icon_mrgreen:

Yeah, for whatever reason, climbing in Basic was always much higher than the others. It's for all that second storey work....

Where did Olthy get a fighter level? And he lost some of his Int?

Fabian

This was the closest I could come to represent Olthy under this set of rules - in that he can use a longsword. 18 is the maximum any stat can be in Basic FRPG.

I went and read the rules and forgot to delete this post, sorry. If the rest of the group is fine with it and it makes it easier for you then I am fine with it.

Cool! I have an adventure that you lot are going to love, with plenty of opportunity for you to investigate etc :D

Anyone heard from David?

Yes Cheddar is ok with getting back into playing. I sent him a PM last week and I also see him on AIM during the week.

Never mind the investigating. Can I argue with Olthy (AKA "the pointy eared ponce"), make Gaius tear his hair in frustration and make fun of Lunk (safely behind his back) at every opportunity?

Business as usual that is...

Seriously I hope we get back in the interacting between the characters. I've reread our adventure a couple of times and there really was an amazing dynamic interplay between the lot. You grow to like them all and get a feel for them. Great job everyone!

Ah yes, the arguing in times of confusing peril...  :icon_biggrin2:
