Just a test to see what the reactions will be really. Too many people complained that it looked too much like the FOD and I figured I would go with a theme that was closer to the look of my main website. SO please feel free to let me know what you think.

No white & light blue headache  (which is good) but it doesn't look like a part of FOD anymore (and that's abd, I liked the similarity - it's not as if I've ever managed to confuse the two yet but the shared scheme was nice).

Nah, I like this new scheme, different enough to stop me thinking I'm still at the FOD.

I don't mind either way. When you frequent a billion forums you tend to prefer most have a different scheme to the default, but in general it doesn't really matter that much :)

I am playing around with the idea of letting the individual member choose which theme they want to interat with. The options will be this and the SMF default. Thanks for your thoughts everyone. Keep them coming if you have anything to say on it.

it looks a bit too dark for my tastes (in that i can read the posts very well) 

i must admit i like the FOD similar style, it's good for reading and chatting..........the special FX look nice but just make it more hard work for my eyes  :icon_tears:

I changed the options to allow the individual user to choose which theme they want to interat with. You can choose the dark default or the smf cosre option that looks just like the FoD.
