Panic buying?

Hi all - just a quick heads up in case any of you were planning to buy anything from us for any of your imminent projects. I'm away for two weeks' scuba diving from 15th June so the eBay shop will be closed, and it'll take a while to get back up to speed when I get back.

Anyone desperately needing stuff, get an order in ASAP and I'll try and rush it through before I head off :)

Great! Didn't know you dived to Geronimo! I guess you've mentioned it before. Sorry for my crud* memory in that case. Where are you diving?
And for you others:
DISPOSABLE cameras are useless for scubadiving because of the pressure. They usually only work down to about three or four metres depth. For scubadiving you neeed considerably more expensive equipment. Me I haven't yet afforded it I'm afraid.

@ Bungle - we already have all the reference we need for new stuff with the HD version of Blue Planet. Snuurg's rapidly finishing a bunch of deepsea fish inspired humanoids that may or may not be suitable for investigative horror type games  :icon_suspicious:

@Wristy - unfortunately,as Bodhi says, disposable stuff's no good for scuba photography. Shame :/

@Bodhi - Gran Canaria.Lots of reefs, a few wrecks, crystal clear water, and volcanic nutrients - so lots of shoaling fish and hopefully sharks :)

@ Mike - cool, glad the samples arrived okay. Have just (today) achieved first results with Snuurg's first miniature for our new range - and they're much, much better than I was expecting, especially for a test casting. Might get time to post some dipped pics before I go away :) Basically they're good enough that we may just go down the resin route rather than white metal, especially given the continually spiralling raw materials costs.

Me I'm stuck in the baltic sea where you're lucky if you get to see a herring... Good conservative water for wrecks though - and cold enough to make a man of you  :icon_cool:. Of to Greece in three weeks though. Not much more to see but nice and warm and easy dives and a great time with the kids.
