what to paint next year?

ok so new year is coming up, i'm not likely to paint anything in the meantime.

what do you think i should focus my interests on at the start of the year to get another painted mini under my belt and back into the swing of things.

all buth the rackham wolfy bint are put together and primed. i don't want to paint something too small ( hence the options)

please vote and keep on my back to get something turned out before the end of january!

Well Medved knows what I voted for :icon_wink: if I had a second choice I would have voted for the 75 mm teutonic knight. Do you have pictures of them for those who don't know what they are?

Personally I wouldn't be interested in having ANY of those but with the choices available I voted the Norman.
Demons: Boring stuff
Heavily armored knights (teutonic): Boring stuff (especially when the helmets cover their faces. Faceless figures are ALLWAYS boring)
Rackham wolfen: Same as demons. Boring overmuscled dudes
Orcs (AND wyverns): Can't imagine why someone invented orcs. REALLY boring overmuscled dudes.

Working on a boring overmuscled barbarian dude now, guess it's a useful skill to have. I'm NOT enjoying it!

Ehrrrm, yes I am but I daren't admit it. Don't want to spoil my image as a hater of overmuscled heroes here...

Teutonic Knight.  Always go with the scary Knights of St Mary of the Teutons who history has thankfully spared the revisionist hammer of the Knights Templar.

I went for the Norman, as you said you were looking for something a little larger than normal, but also looking to get something done to get you moving again.

A 54mm fig shouldn't take you too long to complete, but should get you inspired - unless a Norman is too close to all that pressure coming from your unpainted saxon army ... unless I missed something and you finished those chaps, yet? :)
