Teraph
« on: September 19, 2007, 02:45:18 PM »

I finally got some time to work on a mini. This is a Teraph from Privateer Press. Still need to attach the head and tail.

I am stuck for today because I forgot the base color at home. Grr.

The picture angle does not show it well but the fig has 6 limbs.  I hope to finish this over the next couple of day (I hope)

The problem with the tainted legion is that they're like Cryx: loads of "lifestyle gamers" buy them and then never play with them (as opposed to Cygnar which nobody buys, let alone plays with). We might be finaly getting a Legion player at the club (to go with our regular Circle (me) and Skorne (another regular guy) players and all the Troll players who just play 40k or Urban War instead and occassionaly give their trolls an outing once in a blue moon).

Nice paint job 'though (at least you didn't have to stick twelve tiny little seperate spieks onto a bloody warpwolf 'though you lucky sod :p).

Thanks guys.  Not much to say about the fig right now.  Tell you what, if anyone else is interested I could try and arrange something when I am done here.  Let me know.

i'm thinking that will really benefit froma semi gloss varnish after you finish the rest of the mini. the whites look really good as do the spikes on the back.  a semi gloss varnish would help accentuate the extra tones in the white.

Little more work done today.   Touched up this side and attached the tail.
