Sketches and a paint... (big pics)

[steeldragon]

There's been a while since the last time I was able to draw in peace... in fact I miss it, drawing was the only disciplined act I've ever done in my life, drawing every day since school... hopefully I'll find the time to draw again :P

I got more at http://www.cheddarmongers.org/prod/pic/steeldragon/5555/

I miss it too.

Keep doing it. Some interesting ideas there and a great mix of styles.

really like the last one, the style is awesome

The first one used to be an avatar of yours right?  I like that one the best, nice stuff!  :clap2: :occasion14:

[Keeper]

Excellent pics!  I wish I could find the time to be even half that good! :D

[cheddarmonger]

These are beautiful!  Yes, I saw them posted in your album, and I was delighted!  the first one is really dynamic and powerful; how big is it?  Is it watercolor and acryllic?

[steeldragon]

Thanks for the comments!!!

Yep, the first one was in fact my avatar for a long time, and still is on some forums. The original drawing is 18"-20" wide I believe...

I painted that one with acrylics... in fact using Vallejo model colors, after hating them for miniature use :P

I have tons of other drawings lying around... I'll upload more eventually :P

I really like the style and subject matter of the last one. Not sure why, perhaps the looseness of it.

I guess this counts as threadomancy, but I guess that's what comes of random browsing.
Love the last sketch - it's got a fun, very goth, feel to it. I enjoyed looking through your other sketches as well.
I hope you've been finding the time to sketch occasionally - you've got some interesting style.
I never draw as much as I should either...

[Custom_Hobby]

Its not Threadomancy when it is relevant :icon_wink: Plus I would love to see more art from Andres.

[steeldragon]

Hey thanks for the threadomancy... I've been dragged by work so I almost disappeared online for a while, but I'm back.

Here are more sketches I had around and added some old comics that got me a goth fanbase, with the following disapointment of the goth-chicks in question when they discovered a guy that laughs a lot and is very happy  and dressed in colours :P

this one is actually a girl I saw in the subway, and drawed on my trip:

Hope you like them!!!

Now to post minis :P
