heh heh heh.  The agreement wasn't astronomical, but certainly enough to allow Steve to fill his pockets at Salute.  Also enough to spend all my "good husband" points from being dragged around to decorating, furniture, home improvement, flooring, and painting stores all weekend.  Grumble grumble.  Oh, well.

Seriously, compare this Thrud side by side with Sigurd.  If you have Sigurd, this sculpt is pretty close, as Sigurd is really a minor conversion of Thrud.

I also seriously doubt you'd find any of these casts, but good luck!  Perhaps start with Bryan Ansel?

When I first met Mrs Tiacapan (we're engaged rather than married but it's been about 12 years so it's close enough to call her Mrs) she was a bit confused by my "little people" but wasn't too bothered as I was her second gamer boyfriend. 

Now she plays, paints, the works so it's no problem for me to buy new stuff...now I just need an opponent who I can beat occasionally :shrug:

You know, these last few days I've had some thoughts about sculpting a Giant head like that, rising from the water. Something that would slot into a 50mm plastic display base. Might consider it as a display base to be sold alone or I might sculpt something dim-looking to stand on, looking all puzzled as to why the stepping stone is moving...

Another idea to add to the melting pot I suppose but I have a bunch of other figs either palnned or underway.

Plus I just started some new medication which is kicking my ass. Hoping it's a case of suffer a while and then reap the benefits...

Sounds like a fantastic idea for a scenic base, certainly unique!

Do them as scepterate parts so you can use them either way.

Some creative stands like that would be good, if you can do them so you could also use them on a battle field as well then that should increase sale's of them.

We're neither engaged nor married but sixteen years and three kids together makes the term "wife" apropriate anyway.
"girlfriend" would sound a bit silly under the circumstances...

I have the same problem.. I still slip with the tounge and call her "girlfriend" occasionally... well we have been together for 14 years and I finally proposed on new years eve 1999 (if the world was going to end she might as well be happy).... we will have been married for 5 years in August.. and I still can't get used to it.

My sister is the same.... her and her other half have been together for 22 years.. they have 3 kids.

her other half was married and divorced in a year a long time before he met her.
