Gret work, Medved :)  The face is fantastic, now the rest of the painting is in place, and I love the bonework.  His sword too, deserves particular mention as it is simple, yet really well exectuted :D

i came 2nd in a very rigged competition!

i wasn't bitter but i realised after one of the staff let slip to me (that they were trying to encourage new guys) that i wasnt going to win.

i think that it's become a bit of a running joke that i never win the local store comps since i won my GW statue.

what won wasnt very photographable. it was quite dark and covered in 'ardcoat gloss varnish  :icon_sick:

they sorted it into over 16s and under 16s and i think there were about 5-8 entries in each age range.
