As I've just finished two small 15mm sci-fi forces, I thought I'd post some pics and solicit some feedback from you guys.  I appreciate any comments you guys have for me - just remember these are 15mm minis, not 28s :D

Very cool!!! I'd be tempted to either gloss the little guy's eyes or add a tiny dot of white in the upper coners of the eyes.

Who makes the greys?

Keeper

That is a great idea about the eyes - I don't know why I missed that  :Doh!:

They greys are made by AA, and are available from 15mm.co.uk.

There are two packs of HOF51 here that I've painted.

excellent.. lots of TTG miniatures, its good to see them again, I bought them for traveller originally many many years ago. A great job on the redemtionists

Gi6ers comment about the big eyes on the greys is a good idea

Toosh

Oooh those Greys are soooo cute. Glossing the eyes will work a treat - it's often some thing I do 'cos it automatically puts in the white dot for you cos of the surrounding light, plus its always in the right place for photos  :icon_wink:

I really couldn't paint these tho, so hats off to you!  Since about 5 months ago, I now wear glasses and these are just a no go zone!!  Nicely done  :clap2:

Fabian

Really nice work! Great stuff, Dave.  :clap2:
The questions we should be asking are these:
Does it have dungeons?
Does it have dragons?
Does it have transients who kill things for money?  Do you roll a d20?

Custom_Hobby

Really nice stuff Keeper.

Thanks guys :)  I really, really enjoyed painting these little chaps - I think that tends to show up in the final result of any painted mini.

@Bungle: I'm going to have to go and dig out my copies of Traveller and Striker, now! :D

@Toosh: Well, I've been wearning glasses since I was about 9 and I've never let is stop me ;)  Still, 15mm as well definately makes the lead mountain bigger!

They were great at the time.. laserburn and imperial commander were too.. they were basically 40k version 1

Chrysalis

Those greys are great! I definitively have to get some when i have the money... :clap2:

I saw this while looking through Reaper stuff:

I thought those would do great power armours / dreadnoughts for the 15mm greys!

Keeper

Could be :)  They do seem to match fairly well!

But,  I'm using these guys with the Beamstrike rules, Aliens suppliment, and I still need something to represent Grey Comabt Constructs, but the reaper minis don't quite fit the bill.  Other than that they don't have power armoured troops.

But they do remind me of power armour versions of this chap! :)

I'll be in my bunk.

I just found those:

Maybe they are a little big, but they look nice!

Keeper

Nice find, Chrysalis

They might work nicely for Grey Comabt Constructs - assuming that they are mounted on 20mm bases there

I might have to save up some money for them, what with the pound weakening now, as well!!
