Battle thread 6: The Other Rock Grubb

No need for a battle map this time. The rough gnawed tunnel is about two squares wide at most points. The rock grubb has heard the characters and come rushing towards them. There is a surprise round but only Ellion is surprised (so everyone else can act). I'll do intiative in a bit.

Okay, so the rock grubb charges and we'll have it go for the fighter ('cause he's slightly in front and because he can take it).

Since he's flat footed (again :() we'll say he wasn't expecting it to come rushing out of the darkness quite so quickly.

(When it is his turn) Absolutely enraged at being struck again by another rock grubb Dekion unleashes a vicious full attack on the creature with his scimitar (2 points).

Rhana will delay her initiative until 12, then if Sarian hasn't killed the Rock Grubb, she'll cast Acid Arrow at the beast, over their shoulders (if this is not a dangerous thing to do for my companions!)

Rhana hurls a handful of very strong acid at it (attack roll 16 inc the -4 penalty for hurling into a fray). Can anyone remember the base damage and how many rounds it lasts for? It's d24 plus a number and then that same number every round for something like 2 or 3 rounds.

12 +8 is not a natural 20 :p.

The named spells aren't in the SRD and I'm going to have to go digging for a PHB :(.
