I'd liek to see some ethnicaly diverse nonhumans. You know, a "black" dwarf, a chinese elf etc. I've got the old Citadel Dwarf Samurai (and their Chaos Zombie Ninja Dwarf) and it'd be nice to see an updated version. So yeah, ethnicaly diverse nonhumans.

When I first played Daggerfall (Elder Scrolls 2, precursor to Morrowind & Oblivion) I was chatting to a mate about the races and he said that the Redguards (arabs/black men) were "the dwarfs of Daggerfall". It was probably because I'd asked why there were no dwarfs but loads of dwarven equipment to use. In Morrowind & Oblivion they picked up on the idea and went with the no dwarfs racism thing (where everything that wasn't human was an elf, because the mer part of it's name meant elf so the cat people and stuff were all "elf races").

I remember how a lot of people commented on the Severance dwarf having dreadlocks. He didn't but he sure as hell played as if he did, yeah, you needed that sort of attitude to play him in that game and he was cool). In fact he'd make a good mini too (but maybe not with his beard in two short stubby pigtails 'though). At one point in one of our games a mate played a dwarf who wore very heavy armour, was covered in scars and had his hair & beard in dreadlocks with beads in them and stuff.

So I'd like to see some more varied ethnicity in nonhumans because giving them a distinct culture is cool but having some exeptions who are either different, or want to embrace another culture, makes them seem more real.

The aging knight was seriously cool as well but the girl and the barbarian were pretty boring.

Thannard Mul doesn't sound specificaly grmanic or celtic 'though :(. I'll definately think about it as two or three of my other pbf's are on a go slow at the moment but I don't want to spread myself too thin and I'm already starting to get that feeling a little bit (in my GMing game the dice roller's broken and we're mid combat (round 14 I think) and I keep getting the feeling that I need to make a few rolls for player's actions and have been putting it off). Actualy it often turns out that someone hasn't posted and I'm remembering delaying their last actions from a few days ago but it's an uncomfortable feeling.

A Mull & a Thannard would definately be good 'though. Maybe I'll check the GZG catalogue. It's the kind of thing they'd do but their sculpts aren't that great as far as quality goes.

The first one's a photo of Mr T (BA from the A Team). I'd like to see a Trollslayer with his (somewhat unique) hairstyle and if he had a short beard and loads of chaisna round his neck then it'd be an added bonus.

The second picture's a cartoony picture of him with dwarf proportions that I came across whilst looking for photo's of him with google (so it fitted the bill perfectly).

I think the idea of a Mister T(rollslayer) is what kicked off my original multi ethnic nonhumans suggestion.

Not yet but I did make a Mr Tee-rollslayer suggestion a few months ago.
