Now what I would REALLY like to see is that wounds affect your ability to perform. In "Snapshot" an old game (based on a simplified version of the Travellers ruleset) I had they didn't have any hit points. Instead points got detracted from ALL physical attributes when you got wounded. A simple and ellegant way of solving it I thought.

yup, that's the deadline (part of the joys of each sculptor being responsible for their own like is they can all work at their own pace) also i do like the idea of causing only light a grazing woulds but only occasionally, most people don't keep fighting on like black knight after a debilitating wound, you take a hit and you go down screaming in agony and becoming infected/slowly bleeding to death most battlefield woulds are painfully, long lived and certainly enough to make a soldier retire for the day

Right, here we go, took a while here's the first Barb, basic warrior type, gotta refine the axes and add hair, he might have a cloak, what do you guys think? and here's what will be backing him up Crude, but he makes a point, sorry about the blurry photo, but i just wanted to show you guys the overall shape and impact

the barb is very dynamic.... needs to look more barbarian though..... have you thought about a top knot and goatee rather than the classic wild Barbarian hair ? It would be a shame to cover the well sculpted face up have you thought about Big guy... needs longer ragged nails ;-) and the same hairstyle as the smaller bloke - whatever you decide to do.

Nice details, nice anatomy. Yet it's an incredibly NONrunning runner. There's absolutely NO sense of motion to the picture. I find it hard pinpointing exactly why...?

It's the foreward arm and head possition, it isn't natural
The basic guy looks great, nice and dynamic. I'm not sure about the bug guy though, he's too ... round. His neck, his head (and his belly), but I love the consept of him. Will he have a loin cloth, or just have his big dyper?

he'll have big, baggy trousers, and he is an Ogre so being round is kinda important more pics of his once he's done
hair wise i definately want a fork beard but i'm unsure on hair, not a fan of top knots though maybe he'll stay bald, or i'll do some chalk washing

Like how that barbarian is coming along. Nice dynamic pose. Looks like the legmusculature could need some wrok. Some should be shaved of at the inside of the knee joint. He looks a bit fat there. And the thighmuscles look a bit to thin. Upper body musculature looks just great! Ogre: Looking wonderful and I like the gesture
