foam putty is like a tub of whipped margarine, or frosting.  You can spread it on with a spatula.

Pink foam isn't very porous, it is pretty closed-cell.

I was thinking of using "No Sanding Polyfilla" for snow effect on the tops of mountains and that putty sounds like its very similar but probably a lot cheaper, cheers I'll investigate

pink foam is the ticket then, I aim to start this in a couple of weeks when I have cleared a space.  It'll take me a while to complete all the figures and want to have it ready for when I do, just the basics of it though, once the basics are done I can work out the placement of everyhing and go from there

Cheddar the glue and amount used depends on the item. I will leave it up to Outlaw to explain the finer nuances of it. There are also some other foams we have been looking into. I will keep you posted.

Yep, we try. We leanred it all from the FoD! My problem is that I think way faster than I can type so I need that spell check, LOL.

lol u did a good job mate, my keyboard cant keep up with me, its a remote one and range is getting worse so have to keep geting closer to the sensor lol
