The ones I just put a picture of in my "closing down business" thread are blunt as butter knives, think they're more for letter opening  :icon_razz:

I have these blue handled big meaty knives, nearly a foot long and blade is a couple of inches wide and a centimetre thick.  these are unsharpened too but it wouldnt take much to get them very sharp.  I'll have a picture of these in a couple of weeks

You'd need some pretty serious mail to use those)

Anything new since I have been away Geronimo?

Hey Mike - welcome back... :icon_cool:

Off the top of my head, and in no particular order - recent stuff added: rubbish skips, resin treehouse, chaos shrine, streetsigns, rubbish skips, more new post-apoc bases, DS plinths, dungeon scenery DS bases, some egyptian bits and pieces, resin crystals and rocks, and probably some other bits I've forgotten.

Just rushing out of the door to work so haven't got time to link to the relevant posts here, sorry.

If I get chance today there'll be some more new stuff WIP to show this evening for the post apoc and Doctor Hugh (heresy) fans.... :icon_suspicious:

Hey Mike - welcome back... :icon_cool:

Thanks, it is good to be back! I just checked the ebay store and those are some nice additions. The bases you sent along for the Trophy Kyrie figures were great. The winners liked them.

Glad they came in useful  :icon_cool:

Now, a sneaky WIP fresh out of the rubber....

Too many deep undercuts + too stiff a silicone = lots of bubbles and lost detail. Still, it should show the basic level of detail, with the contrast whacked right up. Too big/thick to cast in clear resin this time, so no clear windows - but will be supplying it with laser-cut window masks as with the standard phonebox.

The pillarbox likewise needs a little bit of attention before going into the shop, and again, I'll probably make the production mould in a more flexible rubber. Bungle's getting a freebie of this one in the post tomorrow to add to the post-apoc display at Salute (assuming the poor sod still has time to get it painted ;) )

You do realise that phonebox is going to sell meeeeeeeeeeeeellions? :)
You may find yourself a tad swamped. I may have to get one to go with my currently unpainted Dr. Hugh in a little diorama for a start.
As for the pillarbox... nice but the proportions look a bit whacked, seems a little too skinny to me.
But as ever excellent stuff.

See, this is the problem, again, with making stuff "to scale". That pillarbox is dead on 1/55 scale of the version near our workshop - but 28mm minis are much wider to scale than real people :) Even the phonebox is a little skinny against that Copplestone lady mini - but it's measured from the real thing round the corner at work :/

Stoopid bloody non-scale scale stuff  :icon_evil:

A couple of weeks scuba diving..... and he might tell us.

I suspect an undersea city with of vast angles and stone surfaces ... too great to belong to anything right and proper for this earth, and impious with horrible images and disturbing hieroglyphs. The geometry abnormal, non-Euclidean, and loathsomely redolent of spheres and dimensions apart from ours.  :icon_wink: to go with the fishy men

Oh I wish.....  :icon_wink:
