Cheddarmonger Tip of the Day -- Wishlists!

Part of the Cheddarmongers website is a Wishlist feature:

Feel free to add an item to the wishlist by filling in the form at http://www.cheddarmongers.org/prod/node/add/wishlist (the link is in the right (create content) menu -- you can use the "insert image" feature to upload an attach a picture to your posting (but be sure to use "thumbnail" instead of "preview" because it will display the whole picture in the wishlist list).

The text field is bbcode enabled, so it uses the same code as this forum, in case you want to get fancy.

Also, if you enable "personal contact form" in your profile (my account link in the lower right sidebar menu), folks can send you an email (via a form, your email address is protected!!).

Also post it here on the forum so you can optimize your chances of someone seeing it. It is a great faturea dn you can always make it on Cheddarmongers and then copy it to here. Thanks for adding that Dave. Now I can organize my list.

David is it possible to upload items to your sitevia a link to the image. I already had a few items hosted so I wanted to know if I could just put the link to it in instead of uploading the images. as you can see I created a small wishlist on there. I love the feature and will be expanding my list when I have the time.

Do you think it would be possible to have some sort of script you could cut and past so that the format used can be used to cut and past items on the forum as well?

the text field in the wishlist (and most of the site) accepts bbcode, just like this forum, so you can use the bbcode for images instead of the image attachment link, then you'd be able to copy the text and post it here, it just won't pick up the other fields, like title, links, price, priority, etc.
