Well this is what happens when you don't have any foam buildings on the drawing board. You build a Jedi Starfighter. I actually built two of them, but one of the kits did not have the clear sprue. :smt013
Anyhow, this is from the AMT ERTL kit. The S-Foils open and close, as does the canopy. However, I didn't glue the canopy in place, in case I want to use it on the other kit. The kit overall is ok, the fit isn't that great, and there isa seam right trough the middle of the R4 unit, but whatever, you can't beat it for $10.

Keeper

Very nice, Theomar :)  Did you add the blaster scorch marks yourself? Or was that part of the kit?

The kit came bare grey plastic, it's all me on the paintjob and scorches.
In the past, on big shps, I would actually use soot from flame for that, but I'm much more confident with the brush now.
Thanks gys, it was fun doing a plastic kit, it had been a while.

Got a 28mm figure nest to it for scale?

it's 1/24th scale. So it's not really good for wargaming, just for a diversion.

Bungle

Ah.. I heard some of them were close to the scale. (the ones with no scales on the box)

Theomar Pius

Yeah, there was no scale on this box either. This is the glue kit from AMT ERTL, I believe the Revell kit is snap tight pre-paint. One is 1/24 the other is 1/25. Close enough that parts won't interchange, but they will look teh same size next to each other.
