Hmmm... experimentation continues... I've tried a tripart mix with two parts green stuff, two parts FIXIT and one part brown stuff that is showing VERY promising. So now I'm just not sure. I'll get a pic up of a certain cimmerian dude done in this mix soon. Not done but very close to it. Perhaps he'll be done by the time I get myself together and take a picture...

I skipped the "learning how to take pictures" part which speeded things up a bit...

And instead of ONE barbarian WIP. You get two!! The male one would be the "classic" type, the female one clearly Iliad and native american inspired (more feather decorations coming up.)

I figure the male one to be pointing at a player saying "You just try to use your dirty hands fer picking me up to use as a pawn in your silly game!" (that axe is sharp!) Originally I meant for him to hold a jester and call it "Barbarian heroes have NO sense of humour!" Might still do that as an optional hand (hand + jester that is). A fat merchant might also be nice.
Of course it could also be (someone...) arguing with Crom  :icon_wink:

On the male barbarian: All of it is the three part mix. The brown takes a while to come out when curing so I think in a few days time it will look less patchy. It's all done with the same mix. The axehead and part of his sash (the white one...) are all unmixed FIXIT. And the skeleton underneath which doesn't show of course...

On the lady just part of one shoulderguard and the arm are made in the new mix. I started her quite a while back but she's been sitting and waiting along with three other barbarian females that are barely more than nude poses yet. All of them are in "fighting upwards" positions as they're quite short, based on one of Hasslefrees shorter ladies for size (can't remember her name but she's wearing jeans and holding a pistol. Kate?) Except one but that's because she's the shaman of the bunch so she's meditating looking up (presumably towards her god or something..)

I'll put the male up on other forums once he's all done but will wait with the ladies until they're a group worth showing.

That's why I'm not making a new thread for this either, just kind of "semihiding" it in a discussion concerning a new putty  :icon_wink:

Thanks but the testfigure I would try to cast is more of a pure Fixit sculpt figure. Just a tiny dash of brown from brown stuff and yellow from green stuff added mainly because pure white is a pain on the eye.
These I will save for my first own master mold if the testcasting works out.
I'll post the testfigure tomorrow. It's late and I want to sculpt before I hit the bed, not take pictures. It's another barbarian by the way, and a goblin to.
