Long term exposure to the Orb of Confusion will give you...er.. confusion!

I love the king model and the paint job is great.  :clap2: :clap2:
Just count me underwhelmed by the chariot itself. It just looks a little sparse and clunky by comparison, particularly the horses. None of this is, however, anything to do with your paint work which is excellent :D

I think it all looks ace!!
Have seen a chariot a bit like it on another forum, but with those new white lions converted into Sphynx pulling it.

dargrin

Thanks guys.

I see a couple spots I messed.

I think it's great but the horse skellies are horrible sculpts (and I don't hold you responsible!  :icon_wink:)

Excellent work, as always, dargrin :)  A really nice piece!!

I too like what you've done with the charioteer!

I must have missed this one finished, great work!
The tomb king himself is especially well executed, great colors.

Perv

Yeah great work mate.  I missed this too and I remember the wips...  Not sure I like the turquiose on the front of the carriage anymore since the green on the figure was introduced.  Clashes a bit but great work nevertheless.

dargrin

Thanks guys.  I forgot I posted it as well  :abduct:.

I been meaning to put it up on ebay for a while now.  I just can't seem to part with it.  It has been sitting on my photo bench since I took the pics.

I tried to be consistant with the Tomb Kings color scheme.  Some people where complaining about the basework.  I thought what else is on a desert road other then sand and maybe a few scrub bushes?  What do you guys think?

I think the desert is very monochromatic. It's like complaining about too much white in a winter scene. It is what it is. I've always liked desert stuff, one day I plan on modelling it.

Keeper

Base looks just fine to me.  Looks like desert

Yeah theres nothing wrong with that base mate...I thought I was fussy......
