Need some help in translating French

Need a bit of help identifying the parts on this.  The part of the left is the Tireur which I assume is the turret but what is the other part on the right "Arbalète + support" ?  I've looked on the main parts of the standard chariot but cant see it anywhere.  Is this the Dwarf figure?

But Reaper too is going to do prepainted plastic  :icon_cool:

Yup-at least as an option. If they keep it an option its fine-but metals and unpainted plastics must be there as well.

Not all of it, about 75% is. An arbalest is a giant crossbow (or bolt thrower) so I would've geussed it wasn't the dwarf without asking :p.
