My fav part of this picture is the shield. I like the free hand on the outside. Nicely done!

What sort of paint do you use?  It looks real grainy.  It could even be your primer.  The reason why I ask this is that it really takes away from the work you did on the model.
Long term exposure to the Orb of Confusion will give you...er.. confusion!
