How can I post a pic here?  tired of copying to website.....

I finished a fig that I think is my best yet, its still not great but wanna see what ya think

I've seen pictures in peoples messages though, just the moderators have this option?

Anyone can do it, you just need to host the piccy somewhere (e.g. photobucket) and then hit insert image at the top of the new message window and put in the IMG tag...I think?

I am on another forum and we can post pics directly in messages, is there no way we can have this here?

I right click on the image and select "copy image location" and paste it into the message and then highlight the link and click the "insert image" button above (It's below the I button).

You end up with this before the link this works with jpeg and gif files not sure about any others.

It's how i did it with my sig below but without the spaces.

The picture is hosted on my photobucket account and it's best to have your own copy as if you link to someone else's they may change the picture.  :icon_wink:

I hope that helps Perv. Being that you have a website you really don't need to set up a photobucket account unless you want to keep the two separate. If you need anymore help either post the question here or PM me.

Was just gonna photo the fig but varnish I put on last night has made the eyes run and I need to redo them, will do later but only a 2 second job

If it's brush on dullcoat then i found it make the paint run too, i use spray dullcoat now to stop that.  :icon_wink:

its brush on but made by Coat D'arm.  I usually leave it for a day b4 varnishing but wanted to photo it today...oh well it didnt run too many colours.  The yellow has gone a bit too but you live and you learn.....I usually forget and have to learn again though  :tongue9:

I will get a spray dullcoat, didnt really think much of varnishing b4 I tried it.  Then realised it sort of helps to blend the figure so will alway use now  :toothy9:
