Keeper

I remember Matthew from when I used to subscribe to a 40k newsletter he produced in the late 90s, then it got closed down when he went off to start a project that might mean he could do games stuff professionally ... I think we all know what that was :)

I'd be interested to know what you think of the book, when you've read it, wristaction  :icon_cool:

Balgin Stondraeg

He's the head of Mongoose now isn't he? I have a mention of him in an issue of White Dwarf as the player who "likes to throw large numbers of models at you without actualy thinking about the rules much."

Keeper

He is certainly a co-founder of Mongoose.  I don't know his exact role.

I could be mis-remembering, but I seem to remember an article about how to execute an effective Rhino-rush using either Dark Angels or Blood Angels :)  Actually, I think it was Dark Angels, I seem to remember him having a preference for Dark Angels.

I like his googlism, though:

Dr.Evil

I really enjoyed the book, It's good the way they reacted more normal and how they fought back.
No special magic know how, no magic items or such, just normal seamen with muskets, swords and cannons.
Won't say anything about it as it's a good read.

I ordered the next two books but they are only connected in that they are about undead and are by different writers.
