Ok, a few rules I'd like to enforce:
After time your armour and weapons will degrade (unless natural) and I will at some stages in the game make armour give you less protection, more armour check penalty, make weapons take damage or deal less damage etc. This makes things a bit more realistinc, meaning you can't overthrow an entire city with one suit of armour, it just won't last. I will tell you these things though so you can decide when it is better to swap out for new stuff.
You can only level up by compleating a mission and being in a safe environment, none of this you stand face to face with the mission boss and his minion. You kill the minion and grow a level, now the boss is screwed due to being 3 levels under par.
There will be non fighting exp given out from time to time, like if you solved a large puzzle to avoid a trap that would do some seriouse damage, or talk your way out of having to fight an NPC etc. Alternatively there could be ability boosts for amazing tasks, but these will be very very rare.
Please forgive my grammer and spelling in my block text, dislexia does that to me and I know I have that problem so please don't point it out.
I like creativity, and dislike the basic lets go in and kill the goblins in a room to loot their bodies. An alternative would be to get one of the party members to lure out the goblins by speaking their tongue so you can sneak attack them around a corner.
I will make all the rolls and post the results (just so you can check I added the right modifiers and aren't lieing) via invisiblecastle
Other things will be added to this list as I see fit, so watch out for that.

Yeah! Glad to see things are begining: I haven't been playing a RPG for month, and it's very cool!
Now I'll see how our story begins...
-
Another stupid question: wouldn't N'nyarok get extra attacks thanks to his combat reflexes feat?
Extra attacks of opportunity. Not extra attacks. And you may only make one per provocation.
-
The rules sound good to me. Does the armor and weapons degrading also apply to magical variants of said items?

Ok Balgin, thanks!

Great sounding rule Eyeolas :)
-
At CH: yes, just about everything you find will be magical, you are sixth level after all

So does the imp own the lightning girl? Think about it for a moment :p. If she's struck a pact with a demon or devil (or maybe her ancestors did) then maybe the imp was present, hey, maybe he even drew up the contract or something. So you see, there's another opportunity for fun right there :).
-
Good thought, normally, Balgin. Except her warlock powers are a result of her celestial ancestry, rather than devilish pacts. She is an Aasimar, remember, although she thinks of herself as human with a special ancestor. :)
-

Which is why Favoured Soul seems so appropriate. Because she's angelic she gets to raise skeletons and zombies, turn into a flock of bats and do other really nasty things? It just doesn't seem right somehow.
-
Keeper hasn't chosen any of those powers - and maybe he won't in order to keep with the upper planar concept. She isn't a vampire. :icon_scratch:
Such things can always be changed in description and flavour e.g. instead of summoning bats (for the sake of argument), Stormy summons a group of gleaming white falcons that attack her enemies. The rules can stay the same.
-
Don't be silly, Balgin, she can't do either of those things.
Check her powers, she can blast, blast a long way, spider climb, boost her saves, detect magic, damage reduction 1 and deceive item. Nothing more. None of those things can be argued to be incompatible with this particular character. Just because they are available to the class doesn't mean the have to be taken - that is the whole concept of creating a character to an idea, not just to min/max based on class rules.
And if you reason it through fully, her powers originate from one of her ancestors, not from the character herself. In theory, there is no reason why a character with some celestial heritage couldn't be CE, or a character with some devilish heritage couldn't be LG. I don't know about you, but I am certainly not the same man as my father, nor my grandfather, although of course, we are similar in many respects. Stormy Titus isn't some kind of vampire wannabe, and never will be, just because those options are listed for her class in the rules. In fact, she's a wizard wannabe, seeking answers to why she has these powers that others don't have.
@Fabian: I was thinking at one point of summon swarm with a swarm of gleaming white rats, but I threw away the concept in favour of the in-search-of-wizard idea :)

Is it too late for Prisoner Number Six, an assassin/monk to join in? Gnoll-boy seems to be allergic to sharp, pointy metal...
-
Uhh, ya, you can join so long as you have your sheet done and posted by the time this combat is over, as all of the cells will (hopefully) be opened by the gnoll and you'll start playing.

What is that game with skills like
Swing Sharp Pointy Thing
Look Like a Stereotype
and other stuff like that?
-
Ahhhh! That was H.O.L. (Human Occupied Landfill) - I'd forgotten that game! Never played it, though.
OK, one nutso monk/assassin ready to rumble!
Oh... and.. no elves are ever put in prison? Ever?
-
It came up in conversation at rpgmp3.com a while back and I didn't catch the name of the game. Someone was asking about the Make Whitty Remark skill and then it was pointed out to them that actualy it was obligatory and the player had to make rolls to resist doing it.

I don't know...They'll all have to promise they'll give me half of their meal every time we have lunch once we are out... :icon_wink:

air touched? Is that me?
Sorry I wasn't online yesterday, my baby daughter is back in hospital. So I'll only be online as and when I can. I'm sure you all understand.
-
No problem Keeper. I hope your daughter will be back at home soon.
-
Sorry to hear that, Dave. Hope all is well.
-
She seems to be on the mend. I'll be happier when she's out of hospital!
-
Sorry I have been away so long guys. I will be on more now. I can get back into the game (at least posting tonight).
-
I'm going to Spain, so won't be able to get on the computer more than once or twice in the next week, so the campaign will have to go on temporary halt, but feal free to post, it's just consequences will be sorted out a bit later
-
Like I said in Balgins OOC thread, have fun on the trip. Now its time for the little devil to get into the mix...
-
Just a quick heads-up to you guys that I'm on holiday in the Lake District next week (what a great time of year to go there ! :Doh!:), so I'm not likely to be online. Eyeolas, please feel free to zombie Stormy as appropriate :)
-
OOC: As a separate note the Imps tail sting does 1d4+6 damage because he adds his dexterity bonus to his it due to the weapon finesse feat.
Erm, finesse does attack rolls (to hit). It doesn't affect damage. Maybe he's getting two handed weapon damage with it. Bites get two handed weapon damage if there's no other attacks to go with them so the tail might be the same.
Eyeolas, you might want to consider borrowing my three day rule. There was a two week gap (mid battle) in your game. Ouch.
-
Ok I am back and in the game guys. Lets kick some ass and then I can do some recon and see what we can find as far as weapons and equipment.

Good point, I guess I misread it at the time.

So far guard #1 is the one that 'six' is fighting in the armory.
Is there a map at all? Or are we free forming it?
Initiative (1d20+7=14) (http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1318920)
Six moves swiftly towards the drowsy guard, wary of any sudden moves he might make (Dodge bonus assigned to him) and smashes his fist into the guard's face (First punch (1d20+5=18) (http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1318916) and if that's a hit damage, and sneak attack damage if applicable (1d8+2+1d6=11) (http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1318961)) but his second attack goes wide 2nd attack with flurry (1d20+5=9) (http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1318968)
So six has done 11 points of damage to the #1 in the armory.
Guard #2 is the first one who came out and found the rest of the group free.
He charges the guard and attacks it with his tail, and deals it 5 damage, but he shrugs off the poisonouse side effect of having a sharp tail digging into his shoulder
So guard #2 has only taken 5 points of damage
Guard # 3 is the one who came out when he heard the comotion and was attacked by #2 after the imps suggestion
The guard stops suddenly and turns, slashing his sword wildly behind him, shouting 'back, foul fields!'. As he shouts this, the door he came out of opens and another guard pops out and pears around the corner to see what all the commotion is about, to be greated by the guard's sword, which deals the second guard 5 damage.
with your attack, you easily manage to find a week spot on the all but helpless guard and deal him 10 damage,
So guard #3 has taken 15 damage so far from his fellow guard and the imps sneak attack on him.
I hope you dont mind my sumary so far Eyeolas. I just thought the recap you posted in the game thread was a little off because I knew guard #3 was taking a beating.

Right, I compleatly missed Fabians attack

How are thing going eyeolas? I like the feel of the game so far.
-
Argh! Coursework piling over me!
the last few days I've been boged down in books and work, but I'll try and get on a bit more the rest of the week. After this week things should lighten up for me and I'll be back on regularly.
-
Schoolwork comes first, eyeolas :) Just let us know if you're going to be offline for a little while, then we won't bug you ;) Or worry :)

I just wanted to clarify a few things. I know that Sithrak can use his Telepathy, Detect Magic, and Invisibility all at will. I will try to use them to the benefit of the party as much as possible. I figured it will be best to just post the definitions of the powers (from the SRD) below so that we all know where I am getting my ideas for using them from.
A creature with this ability can communicate telepathically with any other creature within a certain range (specified in the creature’s entry, usually 100 feet) that has a language. It is possible to address multiple creatures at once telepathically, although maintaining a telepathic conversation with more than one creature at a time is just as difficult as simultaneously speaking and listening to multiple people at the same time.
The creature or object touched becomes invisible, vanishing from sight, even from darkvision. If the recipient is a creature carrying gear, that vanishes, too. If you cast the spell on someone else, neither you nor your allies can see the subject, unless you can normally see invisible things or you employ magic to do so.
Items dropped or put down by an invisible creature become visible; items picked up disappear if tucked into the clothing or pouches worn by the creature. Light, however, never becomes invisible, although a source of light can become so (thus, the effect is that of a light with no visible source). Any part of an item that the subject carries but that extends more than 10 feet from it becomes visible.
Of course, the subject is not magically silenced, and certain other conditions can render the recipient detectable (such as stepping in a puddle). The spell ends if the subject attacks any creature. For purposes of this spell, an attack includes any spell targeting a foe or whose area or effect includes a foe. (Exactly who is a foe depends on the invisible character’s perceptions.) Actions directed at unattended objects do not break the spell. Causing harm indirectly is not an attack. Thus, an invisible being can open doors, talk, eat, climb stairs, summon monsters and have them attack, cut the ropes holding a rope bridge while enemies are on the bridge, remotely trigger traps, open a portcullis to release attack dogs, and so forth. If the subject attacks directly, however, it immediately becomes visible along with all its gear. Spells such as bless that specifically affect allies but not foes are not attacks for this purpose, even when they include foes in their area.
You detect magical auras. The amount of information revealed depends on how long you study a particular area or subject.
1st Round:
Presence or absence of magical auras.
2nd Round:
Number of different magical auras and the power of the most potent aura.
3rd Round:
The strength and location of each aura. If the items or creatures bearing the auras are in line of sight, you can make Spellcraft skill checks to determine the school of magic involved in each. (Make one check per aura; DC 15 + spell level, or 15 + half caster level for a nonspell effect.)
This last one was long and also had tables so you can check the link to get the full description

Stormy can do this as well :)

Six can hit things.
And scowl.

That works ;)

:dragon:
Does he have a popped collar or a mandana? :D
http://www.hotchickswithdouchebags.com/
-
Nope, and he doesn't have orange skin either.
He'd kill all other douchebags with a flurry of fists, and have all the women for his own.
That is what is good in life.
-
I'm having fun with this game already. Now we get to work out the relationships within the party.
-
Six doesn't want to be the leader, but also doesn't want anyone telling him what to do.
Oh damn... that's me. :icon_wink:
-
Sithrak is a scheming little fiend who looks forward to people underestimating him
-
That occured to me, but whether it's occured to Six yet is another matter... :icon_wink:
-
Stormy is a slightly self-obessessed women with clear goals, and she's determined to get her life back on track. She doesn't mind working with others, and will lead them if necessary, but she is also quite happy working alone.
-
Did eyeolas mention being away for a bit?
By the way is Six human?
-
Yes. Human.
No more. No less.
100% all the way.
:icon_wink:
-
no, I'm here, and WILL (not hollow comment) be on much more, I found a time that's good
-
Combat thread coming up soonish (I decided it keeps the gaming thread cleaner). This time there should be a map
Is the map coming along ok? I think there are some programs you might be able to download that will help with that.
-
Right, I'm leaving to Switzerland for a week and a bit, so this thread qon't go far for that, and I get back on the 23rd so I don't suppose I'll be on untill a few days after christmas. I'll try and post up a battle map whilst I'm here, but it won't go very far, so I'm just appologising for that, and saying don't worry about my long leave of absence :)
-
Have fun on the trip and take pictures.
-
I'm likely to unavailable from the 22nd until New Year's Eve. So I guess this game should pick again in the new year.
To be expected over the Christmas period, I suppose.
Merry Christmas, everyone!! :occasion14:
Merry-whatever-else-you-celebrate, everyone else!! :occasion18: (For those that don't do Christmas!)

Eyeolas, would you like us to npc Sarian in Deathtrap Dungeon until he perishes or you return?

I am hoping we can all stay alive until he returns at the least. So I guess the DM's can NPc Keeper's characters too. Have fun Keeper!
-
So how was the trip eryeloas? Are you back?
-
Eyeolas, would you like us to npc Sarian in Deathtrap Dungeon until he perishes or you return?
no no, I'm back, and just in time it seems
-
I probably won't be online for at least 2 weeks so... Six hits people and then abandons his new comrades at the first opportunity. He isn't very nice. :D
-
You're not the only one that hasn't been online for a while, Fabian :)
But now I've posted in the OOC thread, anyone with notify on should see this message!!

I just thought I'd better let you guys know: when I recently emailed all my players (or pm'd them if they were already checking the boards again) to let them know my games were back up and running, the email I sent to eyeolas came back with an email delivery failure notice.
So I haven't been able to contact him. It might be a while before this game gets going again since the boards have been down for ages and he might've given up waiting for their return.
-
I hope he hasn't given up. Does anyone know of any other boards he used to frequent?
-
I'm back!
my computer died for ages, then when i got a new one the forum was down and i forgot about it
unfortunately all my files whent with it so give me a couple of days to re write stat lines and re make the maps
thanks for being pacient
-
No problem. Thanks for coming back :)
-
Good to see you back. No problem on waiting for you to be ready for the game. Just let us know when you are. It gives us some time to read up too.
-
Ok, I found a better program for making my maps, and the current one is on it's way, but could everyone find a picture that would represent their character so i could use them instead of names?
Any picture will do so long as it looks a little like what you want your character too look like
-

It might be worth telling your players what size you'd like battlemap portraits to be. For instance, mine are roughly 60x60 pixels (less 1 or 2 for 59 or 58 so you can still see the edges of the squares as my squares are 60x60).
-
If it will make it easier for you Eyeolas I like the imp in this pic. I just posted the pic so you can cut it out and size it the way you need it.
-

Oddly I would've thought something more like one of Martin MCKenna's imps from the Fighting Fantasy illustrations (bottom row, 1 in from the right (http://www.martinmckenna.net/pages/gallery/traditional/index.htm)).
-
I'll resize and crop the images, so any size will do.
I make the map on a program, then paste it into powerpoint so I can save each round of combat and move around the players, so the map will vary in size anyway depending on how much I want to fit onto the page
Oh, and some of my pictures of NPCs may look slightly out of place because they are mostly going to be google images searches to represent the characters.
-
Some interesting pics in there Balgin. Thanks for the link. I like the image I uploaded here a bit better for my character though. I saved the other one too.
Eyeolas what is the program you are using for the maps. It sounds good.
-
Shame it was his second best assassin imp picture (there's another better one he hasn't put on his website).
-
That's why I went with the other pic. Mine is more the thief than an assassin. The pic I chose gave me a sense of his small and agile nature.

heh, you know, one of my hobbies is kniting chainmail, though i cant find the material here to make it, (aperently they dont sell gavanized steel wire here, only the premade rings.) still nice pick.

Lol, no worries. And don't get too excited, the face is all that will be used :P
And the program I use is: http://64.223.12.31/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20061121t
I then page print it onto powerpoint with the character images and any other information

Trust me, making mail is one of those things you do once, then swear to never do again (due to the blisters you develope on both hands as you use two pairs of pliers).
Then sometime later you give it another go.....
You know Hawkins, you're probably better off with carbon sprung steel "washers". The mail links are actualy the waste product of some other metallic product (being effectively cut out from the middle of washers as they go or something like that).
I once made a mail shirt with a large number of rolls of galvanised steel fencing wire, a hacksaw, a wooden spoon and two pairs of pliers. Unfortunately wrapping the wire around the spoon handle (and then cutting down it with the hacksaw) meant the links were about twice the size they should've been but it was good practice for a later attempt (I've made about half a coif, done the tricky top bit first which was basicaly six triangles). It's all triangles and squares in mail (an oblong is just a square with more squares stuck on one end).
Do you do propper triangle/2 triangle underarm gussests or just leave a gap where an arming doublet's all the protection you'll get? I wouldn't use the word knitting for making mail (the new stuff I'm doing is propper 10mm links with an 8mm gap - I know they should've been 8mm links but the 10mm were cheaper and almost the right size). The fact they're made of sprung steel makes closing them a real pain so I tend to do it in small short bursts.
Of course if you're really making mail the traditional way then every other link should be rivetted closed (while the others are soldered) but that's going a bit far for most hobbiests (heading into the professionalist market there).
Mike: a normal mail hauberk's looking at about 10-12k links, a propper byrnie (norman mail coat) is more like 16-20k links. Making mail can easily be a slow and labourious process but it's well worth it in the long run :). If I can get the camera off my sister tomorrow I'll take some pictures for you guys.

LOL!
Are you aware there is a GNOLL on the team?
Isn't he dribbling enough???
More seriously, I'm looking for a picture.
-
LOL, I almost thought that was going to be your picture.
-
I once made a mail shirt with a large number of rolls of galvanised steel fencing wire, a hacksaw, a wooden spoon and two pairs of pliers.
Are you MacGyver, or just practicing to be in the A-Team, Balgin? :icon_wink:
-
Balgin: a spoon? ick, better if you use a steel rod with a hole at the top of one end, then a pair of vicegrips to wrap it.
I dont leave gaps on the chainmail its all closed, includeing under the arm, i once did a full cowl, with attached facemask that was also closed in but for the eyeholes, it took some doing but the affect was great. as for the metals i use, i find as i make the links myself that galvanized steel is strong enough if the rings are small (halfinch to 5/8s and is just about bendable on the rod. if i could and had the materials i would draw my own steel and put in the tappits for soddering, as it is i only sodder things like gloves and cowls, the shirts i leave open. As for the hacksaw, i use that and bolt cutters, depending on how i want it to look, for NERO or ACLAR i just put it together fast as it needs repairs from time to time, but for i guess you could call cerimonial stuff, i do the nines.
I have found that i can buy rings here, and probably will have to though i like to do as much (selfmade) as i can, but the plus is that i can buy it tappited or rivited if i want, so at least there is that.
-
and put in the tappits for soddering, as it is i only sodder things like gloves and cowls, the shirts i leave open.
I hope those were spelling mistakes :P. As for being disgusted at the spoon, I was a poor unemployed student and there were a load of run down/broken fences lying abandoned and one of my housemates said "hey, you're into all that medieval stuff, you could recycle those fences and make some chainmail". So it's not as if I had any high tech equipment available or anything. After salvaging the fences I needed to buy about two more reels of wire.
I have no idea what Nero and Aclar are.
-
MacGyver it is, then Balgin ;)
-
Eyeolas who else do you need pictures for?
-
Eyeolas who else do you need pictures for?
Well, there's a gnoll in the party....

Chrysalis said he is looking for the picture. I was just checking if Eyeolas needed anything else.

Yup spelling mistakes it is, and i wasnt disgusted, i was horrified at the amount of extra work it would take with a spoon. NERO and ACLAR are both live action role playing games, kinda like the SCA but with more fantasy elements, and less structure organization (ie: no clans)
-
Ok, here are some gnolls pictures I like:
This one is maybe a little bit too armored for a ranger:
This one is a little cartoonish, but would make a good portrait:
This one looks nice, maybe a little classic:
This last one is my favorite, as this gnoll looks really scarry and worn:
-
The bottom one fits well with years of being tortured and a few fights under his belt.
-
Ya, I prefer the last one aswell, I'll use that one
so just fabian. I'll give him the rest of the week, then I'll try and track him down (CH, can you see when people have last logged on?)
-
CH, can you see when people have last logged on?
Anyone can. You check their profile and it tells you when they last logged on.
-
He has been on. Like Balgin said just go look at his profile and you can see the last time he was on. You can also send him a PM.
-
I'm assuming he'll be somewhat preoccupied with getting Potty G up and running again before he gets back into the other games (like Dark Awakenings).
-
I'll let him decide on that.
-
Yeah, sorry - life is a lot busier than it used to be for me. I will have to bow out of this one, I'm afraid.
-
We always understand when real life comes first. We can just find a replacement and for the time being Eyeolas can NPC him.

Do you mean drop out permanently or temporarily?
eaither way I'll find a suitable place to keep six, since the story line is much more of a long line of branches where you will repeatedly come back to certain places instead of, for example, DTD, which is very straight line keep moving to acheive a single goal
if it's permanent then sorry to see ya go, but life comes first. Unless someone else shows particular interest in being six then I can fairly easily run this campaign with 3 players and leave six as an npc.
-
I think it is permanently. He dropped out of the other games he was a player in as well.
-
Ok, I'll fade him out unless I get another taker (to be honest 3 is a much easier number)
-
Unfortunately I'm away for tommorow, Saturday, and half of Sunday on a hike so won't post untill Sunday afternoon/eavening so there won't be anything heppening here, but rack up some posts, maybe some ingame talk amungst the characters seing as they havn't really met 'on the outside' and I'd quite ike the group to not dispand and the campaign to end :P
-
Sounds good, we can handle that.
-
I'm away this weekend, too - so its probably a good thing that Stormy has gone to talk to the old man :)
-
*Poke* anyone there?
post here if you wana move on, it doesn't seem you guys like to talk much :icon_evil:
-
LOL, sorry about that. Yes I do want to keep going with the game. Keeper should be around in a bit. He has been active on the forum. We need ot decide what to do witht he last character.
-
Yellow
What about "walks off into the wilderness to eat someone"?
Are two characters too few?
-
I think it might be. We can always invite a new player to take him over. For now I guess one of us can play him (do you want to)
-
two is fine, I'll create another evasional exit for wolfie once it get's to that
-
Are you sure? I was thinking that Sithrak isn't a heavy hitter by any stretch so it will be good to stay with three (at least from that perspective).
-

It isn't Stormy's primary ability, either. But she can do a fiar bit of damage when necessary, I think.
We'll just have to rely on guile and cunning :) How do you think Stormy would manage on a distraction roll?
-
I guess we will find out soon enough. I still think we should keep him though. I'll see if I can find a character.
-
Actualy, I think two non 'run in and hit them with my swords' could work prety well with the whole undrground theme. There aren't too many massed combats, and I much prefer player inginuity over rolling dice anyway (reminds me of Balgin posting the 'shoot 'em down with my crossbow' song)
So i'll do a six, if he resurfaces then he'll coincidently reapear, otherwise he becomes one of the crowd, or worse
-

Which is, in turn, a Hackmaster parody (let me know if you want a link :)).

If you want to run him as a true homage to the original Number Six, then he should just walk in and out doing whatever he wants (and what he wants is usualy freedom in some sense or another). Very anachronistic. Not very lawful. Fabian's number six was an unusual interpretation of the original (although everyone has their own interpretation). I'm not sure if it's one I could empaphise with personaly as I always saw him more as the lord of misrule than as a cruel vindictive monster.
By this freedom I do not mean power. Number Six is not powerful. It's just that his wild desire for individuality cannot be contained.
Oh, and he should always say "be seeing you" (with the hand gesture) instead of goodbye :).
-
:icon_scratch:
you lost me.
I meant as in I'd make him disapear randomly in such a way that he'd be able to return if Chrys comes back or someone else takes over
-
:icon_scratch:
you lost me.
Won't be the last time either :icon_wink:
-
and most certainly wasn't the first :icon_ermm:

Are you sure? Did you roll on the right table?
DON'T TOUCH MY HONOUR DICE!! :icon_wink:
-
has Mike disapeared?
-
LOL, I am chatting with you right now on AIM
-
Wouldn't that mean other beings could sence him?
-
OOC: I dont know thats a good question. Let me know what the rule would be on that and I will change my post accordingly
-
I'd probably say that he would be able to sence your presence. Wheather or not they pay attention to it, think it's someone or just themselves, or actually can decifer where you are from that is another matter that I'd decide on for each creature (maybe with a sence motive check)
-
On that note then I will not do it
-
Hey guys. I thought I'd better let you know that I'm on holiday all next week, so I'll not be online at all until a week on Monday. Feel free to take the story ahead without me - so long as you don't get Stormy killed :icon_wink:
And if she's fighting, don't forget her Eldrich Blast! :icon_lol:
-
I think I can swing both characters while you are gone.
-

She only swings when humans are involved ;)
-
LOL
-
Unfortunately (for the game) I'm going on holiday tommorow with limited access to a computer (once or twice maybe) for two and a half weeks so the game may come to a standstill.
See you when I get back
-
Have a good time and dont worry we can wait. Thanks for letting us know.
-
I'm back now. But I guess I'll just wait for eyelas to post :)
-
He just went on vacation so it will be a bit. just catch up with the posts and let me know if I fouled anything up :icon_wink:
-
Nope. All looks fine to me :)
-
ok i'm back. A map is comming soonish, I just have work that should have been done a while ago niggling at me at the present
-
Sounds good
-

Get that done first, then :) I'm sure CH and I can wait a little while longer, until you're not being niggled ;)
-
You guys are free to do what you will to the guard. Murder, torture, interigation, and, if your really evil, leaving him to live without disruption :icon_wink:
-
I understand that Mike will be offline for a few days whilst he sorts out some personal stuff. So I'm going to wait for him to come back, if that is OK, eyeolas.
If he's not back online early next week, I'll take over for him.
-
Ah, okie dokie
-
*blows dust off thread*
Keeper, could you play in as Sithrak? CH has disapeared misteriously :icon_suspicious:
-
Sure - sorry, work has been really busy these last couple of weeks! And of course CH is on a timeout.
I'll make a post today, but I might be offline for the weekend. I'll try and pick on Monday as well, though :)
-
Hey.
Real sorry about the disapearance, but my internet at home died for AGES due to storms, so just today we got it fixed... on one computer (the one without any of my stuff). Unfortunately this means maps won't be coming up, and in a mission like this, it may be prety hard to function without one. However the choice is yours to continue without maps, or wait untill I can figure out why the brand new, 5 years younger computer won't connect :icon_evil:
EDIT: Has CH not been on since I left?

Did you leave within the last 3 or 4 weeks?
-
No, CH has some real-life issues as well, which means that he's not going to be online for a bit. We don't know how long.
I'm happy to continue, if you want, but I'm also happy to wait for you to be able to sort out your PC problems. Also, if you don't want to continue with a one-player campaign, I quite understand, as that wasn't really what you set out to do.
Whatever you decide, just let me know, and it will be fine with me!
-
I suppose I'll wait for my comp and CH to return to the internet, there 'aint much point in 2 of 3 players not being prepared
And Balgin, something around that, maybe a bit less (I forget)
-
No problem :) I'm sure I'll still be around. Feel free to poke me if needed! :)
-
So what does Sithrak find?
I think he finds this game hasn't been updated in about seven months now......

Yeah, even worse than deathtrap dungeon! :P
This one died as the group fell apart. Oh well. Not every game is successful. I'll talk to CH about nuking or archiving this one, unless eyeloas is online in the next week or two. But since he was last active on September 13, 2008, 08:24:42 PM I think we're done here.
-
Yeah I posted to see if Eyeolas would pop up again. I had my issues and that kept me offline for a while. Balgin already knew I was trying to get all the forum games going again.
