Post by: Perv on August 02, 2007, 07:23:21 AM
It says art of any medium and personally I think this is a work of art but some may not agree...

What's up with all the threads? Seems like she needs a lot of support? I'm impressed I can't even keep my plants alive. I'm instant disaster for all plants they just have to look at me and they curl up and die. I've got a friend who is a gardener and his art never ceases to baffle me.

during the grow I move the buds around.  With Sativas u can do this but Indicas grow one main stem usually and it stays where it grows.  With the one above u can entwine branches and move things about with little effort.  This weakens them though and as they get heavier they tend to sag away from the light so the string is just for support to keep them in the right place.

My sister is same as u, everything she touches dies.  I've left her with my cactuses and 75% of them are still going....  I was the same to start with though and its about 8 years of growing has got my to a decent stage.  1 small mistake and it can be very unforgiving  :icon_eek:

If u or anyone else needs help I am fairly good with my knowledge now

nah theres 9 there.  grown under 1 x 600 watt light using a flood and drain system.  the pots fill up with water\nutrient and that expels all the air around the roots, then it drains sucking fresh air to the root system.  The increase you get in growth and yield thru this process is amazing.  I dont use any fans either, no extraction or anything.  Its a proper cheap grow room but with amazing results  :icon_w00t:

I know this is a crazy question, but is that legal to grow that where you live?

In australia that would get you a quick ticket to the sin bin. Ill stick to the good old ale. Its legal, its tastes nice and doesnt give you schizophrenia.

I figured the green cables were some sort of a neural interface for a human-plant hybridization

Its legal in my house.....honest.....:perv:  Nah its downgraded to class C for now...

some parts of Oz its legal to have a few plants, not sure if its Western Australia?  Czech Republic have just made it legal to grow but not specified amount of plants.  Holland allows you a few plants too.  Think theres a few places in Canada its legal but other than that its all banned  :icon_scratch:

Weak minded people develop Schizophrenia but they also become alcoholics  :icon_wink:

lol Ched direct feed into the brain....its an idea.....

Well... you seem OK.
In another forum I participated in we had this guy who smoked...lots. After a while you even started noticing this by his very incoherent posts. It was scary.
I've seen numerous people in real life become "dopeheads" (I have hippie parents and the drug has been a constant part of my life since childhood - even if I myself find it very uninteresting and thus have skipped it completely after trying a couple of times) and while that's not pleasant it was almost scarier to see it so clearly just by posts on an internet forum and be able to reallly do NOTHING about it.

My own personal trap years back was rather the OPPOSITE of weed I'm afraid, and most definitely outlawed in every country, but that was many years back.

Still I'm definitely not judgemental about it. Just take it easy with it. Same goes for alcohol obviously. That's an argument I've allways failed to understand: Because alcohol (one drug) is bad for you that doesn't exactly become proof that another drug is NOT bad for you.
There's a logical gap somewhere in that reasoning... :icon_wink:

Oh and last thing I heard about schizophrenia is that it's a hereditary disese that lies dormant and can be brought forth through traumatic experiences, drug abuse or other causes. But for those who lack the hereditary element chances are next to nil of developing it.
It doesn't have anything with "weak" or "strong" mind to do. What IS a "weak" mind anyawy?

Anyway  :offtopic:
Let's stick to the plants as such. As plants go they are really well raised  :)

I'm not judgemental either, people can do what they want as long as it doesnt hurt anyone or anything.  There are Heroin addicts who have been injecting for 20-30 years with no ill effects, they have jobs and are classed as people who are good for society (Until people find out what they do....).  Another person can do Heroin for a week and a week later hes out robbing houses and mugging grannies.  Someone can drink alcohol all their life with no ill effects and not get into any trouble but another person can get pissed once and go on a drunken spree smashing up places and hurting people.  Putting bans on things doesnt work as the war on drugs has already shown, education is the best defence.

I believe everyone has a vice that suits them, whether its drink or drugs or gambling or prostitutes.  Just because 1 doesnt agree with you doesnt mean its not right for someone else.  If I pass a joint to someone and they really dont like it then I dont say "I like it so you must too", but in the same breath I shouldnt be told I cant smoke it just because it doesnt agree with someone else.  Thats my view anyway....completely coherent I might add  :icon_w00t:  Considering I smoke an ounce per week thats not bad going  :icon_wink:

LOL Molar that must have been one crazy conversation, please get them back in and do it again on camaera just for us  :icon_w00t:

Yeah, well my father is the same as you. No ill effects. Sorry for ranting. It was really the idea of "weak" minded people that set me of. For me use of such words gives very unpleasant associations to a time - not long back-  where "weak" people should be sterilised or exterminated. It has a social darwinistic feel to it. That's what set me of.

OK thread locked. I'm not sure this is appropriate plus it's getting a bit political.
