This is the assassin miniature from Freebooter miniatures. The colour choices are from me, my son and daughter and as such, are a little brighter than you'd usually expect from a stealthy assassin :icon_razz:. Anyway, here she is:

Only 12 more Neu Swabian League troops from GZG and that will be all my Salute purchaces (outside of HF) painted.
She is well painted and the colors hoices are interesting. I like the gun
Cool, mental colour choices. I also like the effect on the gun!
Great paintjob-plus her purple bottom would fascinate her victims such that they wouldnt notice she had firearms :)
I especially like her torso armour and her gun. Very well done.
Great stuff there Inso, I must admit I was mesmerised by her bottom for a minute or two.
Nice choice of colours, very bold and brave.
Did you use a brown wash\glaze and redo the yellow on the highlights.
Very spiffy and you got the colours working great. :clap2:
I keep looking at this trying to think what I think and what to say.
The painting is very good, on what I find two very hard colours to shade.
those colours are so wrong though, they just look right, in a comic book style.
:clap2: :clap2:
nice work! Vibrant colours.. where are my shades!! lol 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)
Thankyou :icon_w00t:!
Yes, she's a bit bright isn't she? Ask children for colour choices and they go for bright ones (I don't think they understand the concept of assassins working by stealth!). Originally it was purple, red and black but I sugested that red would clash with purple so it got changed to yellow...for good or ill :icon_eek: (it's a better contrast on the colour wheel as well).
The yellow started as vermin brown and got worked up to a vermin brown/bad moon yellow mix. The purple was purple/black, purple, purple/white. No glazes or ink.
Yes...the arse...it was difficult to concentrate on anything other than it :icon_twisted:...it's almost real I tell you :icon_suspicious: !
