Balls, David and I both agree that you should've won that! Very good conversion and great scene. I think your photos let you down a little though...Your larger photos in this one look good and I'm sure they reflect the actual colours, the smaller pics look washed out as do some of your other pics...not sure why..!?! It looks like you might've only used one light source..
Anyway, top job!
Two lamps with daylight bulb's and my new camera for the smaller one's and my old camera with flash for the bigger one's. :icon_scratch:
Next time i will send you the figure and you can take the picture of them side by side. :icon_wink:
Nowt wrong with him at all.
I agree with gi6ers and bruenor! Its a great piece, and well painted. I've never seem fluro orange so effectively painted before, let alone the rest of the miniature.
You just keep putting yourself up against the best and not quite coming out on top - no shame there!
However, if just you want to win a challenge, then you should challenge me or someone of my skill level :)

ok deal!
Out of interest, which one is a truer representation of the mini?
He's closer to the bright orange one but not quite so bright and more gritty, you can't see the grime i did on the base where there's no gravel. :icon_neutral:
