Title: Burn Baby Burn!
Post by: Inso on May 12, 2007, 04:58:54 PM
Stefan fastened his mask and left his billet, picking up Kylie as he went.  He could hear the chatter of Bohkin small arms and instinctively headed towards it.  As he casually strolled, he opened the fuel valve on Kylie's flank and checked the pilot light...it glowed brightly.  Once he had powered up the pump and all the displays were on, he checked the fuel level was above half and smiled to himself.  There would be Bohkin burning tonight...

Lovely flames on the body armour and helmet, you really seem to be painting at a top standard now!
Love the little intro's too.

Top job on the painting Inso. The fluff you wrote makes it even better.

Kylie the flamethrower.......... :icon_twisted:

"flame on" said "Skorcha the torcherer".... "frying tonight"

The flamethrower is missing the health and safety signs  "Caution may be hot"  " Caution contains flamable liquid" "No hand holds"

Damn health and safety get everywhere.

Nice paintjob..... now a tutorial on how to do a flame attachment to make it look really "CMON 10"

I know you've been waiting for this one for a long time, and you sure did him justice!  Love the flames, great effect!!
Yes, disturbing yet appropriate intro there!

Thankyou  :icon_razz:...I'm glad you all like him.

I painted him quickly because he was so cool and I was a bit quick with the photos because the varnish wasn't completely dry (hence the odd bit of shine here and there  :icon_wink:).

Bungle, there is no way I'd ever get a CMoN 10, even by adding a flame to the flamer (they are far to picky for my stuff to do well  :icon_w00t:).

As for the intro, have you ever thought what it would REALLY mean to burn people alive?  I would suggest that you'd have to be slightly unhinged, psychotic or have a HUGE coping mechanism to deal with it.  Black humour would play a big part as well.
