Great work with the skin. Did you make the base?
It's a stone drinks coaster, same as the one i used for my Armoured skullmasher conversion.
I built it up using stone plaster stuff and then grass, different coloured sands and dryed parsley.
Holy cow, he came out great! I think he needs a happless victim, so show just how big he is. He's about NL2-sized, if I'm not mistaken...

Really good work, the tree trunk is spot on! I'm not keen on the hairy patches but that's the sculpt not you.
He's about an inch or slightly more bigger than in the picture.

I worked on his nails and once you can see his face proper his teeth too.

I can't get over how much he looks like Fat buzzard* from Austin Powers. You really should have ground down or filled in that fur texture and painted it tartan!
