Okay, it's a very big snake and you can probably all gang up on it if you want to. We won't bother with a map for this one. Just a straightforward mosh (or crush, as the case may be).

Okay, so Sarian & Dekion are up first. I think I can tell what at least one of you might be doing :). Ellion blasted it for 9 damage with her wand in the surprise round.
Dekion will full attack (3 points). If the head is exposed like in the pic he will try and cut it off.
Ellion did 9 damage, or Rhana did?
I'll wait to see what the snake does before I declare Rhana's actions.
Sarian will take a hide check (from being at the back of a 5 person line, two of which are big burly people, and the fact the snake won't be looking at him in paticular) and move silently around it on the side his head isn't (this may be prety hard, but it's his best chance of not being eaten apart from hiding)

Okay so Sarian sneaks in. That'll take a round or two to get over there and even if the snake notices him it's got larger priorities right now because Dekion's charging it. An attack roll of a 14 actualy misses (he rolled a 2). He did, however, get it's attention.
Dropping it's crushed prey the serpent attempts to entangle Dekion in it's crushing coils and squeeze the life right out of him! It's attack roll is a shocking 26. It deals 15 damage and it has improved grab (so goes for the grapple attempt). It only rolls a 1 to grapple (so that's 24 then, yes this thing's obscene). Dekion struggles to keep it off him and gets a 29! He is not entangled this round!
Throm charges in to help "the only one brave and strong enough to bother about" and takes a 3 point power attack as well. He barely manages to land a blow on it's scaly thick hide and deals 17 damage to it. I think it'll go for him next round if nobody else hurts it much.

Mike, do you want to use luck top turn that miss into a hit (it only missed by one).
I totally forgot about the luck points. Yes I want to make that a hit. Can I also use the luck points to lessen the damage by the snake?
Dekion uses luck (19 = +5 to hit). His blow deals 15 damages. His luck drops to 10, and the snake's taken 32 damage so far.
He also uses luck to reduce damage. 5. So he takes an extra 2 damage for bad luck and his luck drops to 9 (-1).
Well, I was thinking of Lightning Bolt, but that is probably a bad idea if it has started grapping Dekion. So ... Magic Missle from the wand again, please.
Darts of magical energy streak out and strike the snake for 9 damage. It's not looking very healthy at the moment.
Damn Luck! I got more damage. We need to rest so someone can heal me, LOL. If the girl is dead and has a potion I call dibs (I'm a front line fighter)
No kidding. 55 out of 70 is a lot of damage.
Damn I have taken that much already. I didn't pay attention to it. I guess I should have, but then again he is a front line fighter so what else would he be doing.

Sarian, noticing the snakes gaping wounds and clear lack of strangth from blood loss, will take sneaky swip at him (from behind if possible, that way I get the flanking +2)
Ellion risks firing her crossbow (If possible she'll use whatever luck she can to increase her chance of hitting the snake)
Oh man I hope you hit it and not Dekion!
Ellion misses, Sarian seriously murders it (he hit ac23 and only had to roll a 2+ on one of the four damage dice to finish it off).
