While I'm sculpting I'm toying around with ideas as to what the figure will become. Here's a first rough (VERY rough. I told you I couldn't draw...) sketch of one idea, a zombiehunter priest or something seeing something dreadful in that open grave...

Oh and yes I do have a scanner but just taking a picture of the sketch is a lot faster. hence the shadow...

I get to teach art in my job. I have no education as an art teacher but I cheat at it anyway. I've discovered that the best way of learning is to teach. Goes for all subjects - not just art. Forcing oneself to explain things really is the best way to understand things.

So - Questions please? Monologues are sooo boooring   ;)

Great stuff! I am enjoying the thread. Also thanks for posting it in the 1listSculpting yahoo group. I hope to see more people join and discuss sculpting here.
