Here is the completed commission work. I am happy how it came out. The water didn't photo well however. Client insisted that the hat be a straw type so here is my version of it.

The water looks like quite a naturalistic brown - is that what it looks like in real life?

Skin is perfect, as I'm sure I said elsewhere! :D
